Take action today,it is all that matters.

You can talk, pray or meditate all you want but nothing will change until you take action.

Praying or meditation are good and has it's place.

However the universe or God will not guide you until you take action.

You have to do your part.

Even spiritual leaders like the Dalai Lama said:

“Action, not praying will help us”.

The famous scientist Einstein said:

 “Nothing happens until something moves.”

Many people I talk to have this thing referred to as “paralysis by analysis“.

“Paralysis by Analysis” is the state of over-analyzing (or over-thinking) a situation so that a decision or action is never taken, this means paralyzing the outcome.

This problem is not just something I see with business.

It's in many other important areas like exercise, JiuJitsu, dating, and success in general.

I meet guys with massive plans for a business they want to start.

They start talking about this great idea that they have and how much money they need to start it.

They then start going into details about every aspect of their business and how they will bring it all together.

You meet the same guy 3 months later and all he is doing is still talking about the same thing.

Talk, no action.

In dating, I meet guys with the same problem.

They will tell me how bad it is because he can't meet a girlfriend or that he is thinking about asking out this girl at work.

So I then give the guy a few ideas on how to meet more girls and how to ask the girls out.

A month later the same guy has done nothing.

In JiuJitsu I meet guys that want to start learning Gracie Jiu-Jitsu and they have a lot of questions.

Of course, I'm happy to answer these questions.

Then the person will start talking about how he looks forward to starting his “journey” in JiuJitsu.

Of course 3 months later the same guy has done nothing and has 10 excuses of why he hasn't started.

The “journey” never starts.

This problem is widespread.

I'm not pointing fingers here.

I'm just telling you about a negative mindset that is very common.

This mindset is one of never taking action and just talking.

This is a mind virus.

You can see it everywhere.

Politicians love this.

They make a lot of promises about how they will change your life and then they do nothing.

Here is the bottom line.

ACTION IS THE ONLY THING THAT MATTERS.

All your dreams in life depend on you taking action.

Anything you want is all on you.

A lot of these things will be things you don't like.

For example to build a business you need to do a lot of things that you won't like.

To become good with talking to women you will need to be rejected hundreds of times until you become more self confident and good at talking with women.

To become a black belt in JiuJitsu you will need to be willing to be tapped out on the mat hundreds of times.

This is what keeps a lot of people from taking action.

The idea in their mind feels great but the reality scares them.

It scares them to make that sales call or build that new website.

It scares them to be a beginner in a JiuJitsu class.

It scares them to walk up to a beautiful woman and starting a conversation.

It scares them to walk into a Yoga class with 50 women and getting through a 1-hour class.

It scares them to commit to a new gym program.

It scares them to buy that plane ticket and starting a new life in Thailand.

Don't let fear paralyse you.

There will come a point in whatever you are planning where you will need to put down your notepad and shut your mouth.

The only thing left for you to do will be to take action.

Walk over the ledge and jump.

That metaphorical jump is what life is all about.

This is the magic place of dynamic energy.

This dynamic energy is only found in new experiences and once you go into that space you feel truly alive.

The best experiences are walking into a meeting and persuading a group of people why your company is the best for the deal.

Or walking up to the most beautiful woman in a Bar and starting a conversation.

Or getting off the plane in Bangkok not knowing what is going to happen next.

Or walking on the mat in a JiuJitsu Academy and rolling with a black belt and realizing you have no idea how to defend yourself.

These are the best of times.

This is how men are supposed to live, taking calculated risks and leaning beyond their fears.

If you step out of your comfort zone and lean beyond your fear something great will happen.

Your heart will start beating fast and you will be forced into the present moment.

You will find freedom in this space just beyond your fears.

Then you will start going back for more.
