Over the last 3 years, I have talked a lot about high value women.
But I haven't really gone into detail about what that means.
I have talked in general but no specifics.
So with that in mind, I wrote this article to talk about what a high-value woman is.
Of course, I could have made a list of 30 or 50 different qualities of high-value women but I decided to keep it simple and focus on the core elements of a high-value woman.
So let's start with the first quality of a high value woman.
High Value Women
(1)She Is Very Feminine.
We live in a world where women are more and more trying to act like men.
Once upon a time, Feminism did good things for women, however, the extreme feminism of modern times has damaged women in terms of lowering their attraction.
Masculine men are attracted to feminine women.
But you walk around western cities or spend 5 minutes on social media and you see women acting, talking, and looking more like men.
They are trying to ignore their own feminity or even suppress it.
Unfortunately, by doing this, they are trying to deny the truth of the universe.
In the universe we live in opposites attract each other.
I mentioned before that I lived and worked in east Asia.
I spend a lot of time in South Korea and some time in Japan.
If you spend time there you will notice the feminine women walking around in cities like Seoul and Tokyo.
The women of East Asia know the truth: Being a feminine woman is a superpower, not a weakness.
Masculine men are attracted to real feminine women.
In the west extreme feminism has taught women that being masculine is the key to happiness.
But if you look at the depression levels under modern women in the west then the problem is obvious.
When you reject your true nature then things like depression start developing.
So the bottom line is this: A woman with high value is very feminine.
She takes pride in it.
So embraces it.
She knows the influence it creates around her.
She knows the power it has over men.
But more importantly, for you, it means you will have a lot higher chance of happiness in your relationships with feminine women.
When you date a masculine woman you will have conflict and problems.
Unfortunately in the US, the UK, and large parts of Europe, it's becoming harder and harder to meet very feminine women.

If you deny this truth you will feel the consequences.
(2)She Takes A Lot Of Pride In Her Appearance.
High-value women take pride in their appearance.
As a high-value man you should take pride in your appearance and the same should be true for the women you date.
Why would you allow a woman with lower appearance standards than you in your life?
The answer is you should never allow it.
A woman has to have high standards in the way she presents herself to the world.
I said it before and I will say it again.
Never fall for the myth that “It's only what's inside that matters.”
This is a lie that was created by lazy people who dont want to look after their own appearance because it takes work to do so.
The truth is appearance matters.
Is it the only thing that matters?
No!
But it matters a lot.
Obviously, you want to have a high level of attraction for the women in your life.
And she or they have to maintain that.
The irony is that pride in your own appearance does say a lot about what is inside:
It says I am a proud individual that wants to show the world who I really am in the way I present myself.
If a woman lets herself go into a relationship and starts to pick up weight and look bad. Then she has to go.
Things like high standards of hygiene, makeup, style, posture are very important for a high-value woman.
(3)She is Emotionally Stable.
First things first, women are emotional creatures.
Things like mood swings and emotional outbursts happen.
But it should not be the norm.
The reality is that you want to stay on your mission as a high-value man.
That means you want a woman in your life that enhances your life not destabilize it.
And if you have someone that is emotionally unstable and have terribly low self-esteem then you will create a disaster for your life.
You can avoid this by properly vetting women that enter your life.
Dont just enter into a long term relationship without spending a lengthy period of time with a woman.
You only want people n your life that add value.
You dont need energy vampires.
And a woman who is emotionally unstable with terrible self-esteem should be avoided at all costs.
If you are socially and emotionally intelligent then you should be able to identify women like this very early in an interaction or relationship.
When you do identify her as a red flag then end it right there.
Do not get sucked into a nightmare you could have avoided.
Many men destroy their own lives like this because they live with a scarcity mindset.
Don't be another statistic.
Just keep in mind that women do have more emotional issues than men so dont be too harsh.
But if your gut tells you that someone is bad news.
Then walk away.
(4)She Takes Care Of Her Health.
Health links up with femininity and pride in her appearance.
A woman must make healthy living a part of her lifestyle.
You want a woman that takes care of her body.
This means she limits junk food, limit alcohol and she is not a full-time smoker.
Personally, I do not date smokers.
I dont smoke so I dont allow it in my home and life.
She should be someone that exercises regularly and eats a healthy and balanced diet.
(5)She Has A Positive Attitude.
I mentioned earlier that you should avoid energy vampires.
And that being said you should only date women who had a positive mindset about life.
As a high-value man, you should not allow anyone in your life who is a full-time complainer and negativity merchant.
You should only date women who have a bright positive outlook on life.
Nothing is worse than meeting a woman for a date and she is complaining from the first minute you see her.
Like I mentioned before some men walk into relationships with women like that.
You should avoid this at all costs.
Of course, this doesn't mean she walks around all day with a big smile on her face.
But it means the majority of the time she looks at things in a positive way.
(6)She Has Inner Strength.
Being a positive-minded feminine woman doesn't mean you are weak.
Being a feminine woman is a type of strength already, but feminine women show their true power when they show their inner strength.
They do this by confronting people when necessary.
For example, when someone is rude to a child she will call them out.
When her boyfriend disrespects her she will call him out.
When her husband starts getting fat and living unhealthy she will call him out.
In other words, she will show her boundaries.
The mistake some men make is thinking feminine women are weak.
This is a big mistake.
Their inner strength will come out when necessary and you will be surprised by it.
This is the type of woman you want to date or have a relationship with.She knows how to be a high value woman.
(7)She Looks For Ways To Get Better.
You are reading this article and reading this blog so this means you are a high-value man or on your way to becoming one.
High-value humans always try to get better in life.
They dont just accept things as they are, they try to change and get better.
They have a growth mindset.
This growth mindset should also be a quality in the women you date.
This links up with having a positive mindset.
You want a woman that will overcome challenges and improve as she evolves in life.
You dont want someone to think life is over when something bad happens.
You want to be with someone that has resilience and inner strength.
You want someone with a growth mindset.
(8)She Has Emotional and Social Intelligence.
Social Intelligence is something that comes more naturally to women.
They evolved to be better at these skills than men.
That being said some women are better than others.
So you want to have relationships with women with good social intelligence.
This means she is good with conversation, friendships, and getting to know people.
Emotional intelligence goes hand in hand with social intelligence.
What is emotional intelligence?

(9)She Supports And Cares For Her Boyfriend/Husband.
You want to be with a woman that deeply cares for and supports you.
And as I mentioned earlier a feminine woman will show her strength if you dont show her the same warmth.
Next time you go on a date or start a relationship and you get the feeling that the woman you are with only cares about herself then you should walk away.
Even if she is the hottest woman in the world you should walk away.
You dont need that type of person in your life.
You will be pulled into a bottomless pit of drama and emotional instability so avoid it at all costs.
Conclusion
Having high standards as a man is a good thing.
Some people will criticize you for having high standards but those are people who live in a different reality.
As a high-value man, you have to have high standards and live by a code.
This will make your choices and direction in life a lot clearer and simple.
You have a right as a high-value man to have high standards and make choices based on those standards.
Guess what? High-value women also have high standards.
And if you want to have success with high-value women then your standards have to be high.
And more importantly, if you want to have success with high-value women then remember this:
Always get better, always be raising your value as a high-value man.
